Customer Success Manager

PulseMediaNL is seeking a customer-focused and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. This role is essential in building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term customer retention and success across our services and solutions.

Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and ongoing support
  • Understand customer goals and provide guidance to help maximize success
  • Ensure customers receive a positive and consistent experience throughout their journey
Customer Success & Retention
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions in a timely manner
  • Support onboarding processes and help customers successfully adopt products or services
  • Develop strategies to strengthen long-term customer relationships and loyalty
Collaboration & Account Support
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively
  • Coordinate with support, sales, and operations teams to resolve customer issues
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to improve products, services, and processes
  • Track account activity, renewals, and customer success metrics
Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account documentation in CRM systems
  • Prepare reports on customer performance, engagement, and satisfaction trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer success workflows and processes
  • Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements About the Ideal Candidate
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer success tools is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
