We’re growing rapidly across MENA and the US, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will be the trusted advisor to our clients — ensuring they see measurable value and success from Qureos’ solutions. 

 

Role Overview 

 

As a Customer Success Manager at Qureos, you will own the entire post-sale customer lifecycle — from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion. You’ll act as a consultant and partner to our clients, helping them define the right hiring outcomes, optimize their job postings, and make the most of the Qureos platform. You’ll manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers across MENA and the US, ensuring each customer achieves their business objectives and renews successfully. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Own the full customer lifecycle: Lead onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion across your assigned accounts (30+). 
  • Drive measurable value: Ensure customers achieve their hiring and efficiency goals using Qureos’ AI-powered platform. 
  • Consult with customers: Provide expert guidance on job roles, expectations, and outcome-driven hiring strategies. 
  • Customer advocacy: Represent customer needs internally to influence product development, marketing, and sales strategies. Retention and growth: Maintain high renewal rates, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience. 
  • Success reporting: Track key metrics such as retention, adoption, satisfaction, and revenue expansion. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

 

  • Experience: 4–7 years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, ATS, or AI-based products. 
  • Customer-centric mindset: Strong ability to understand client goals, consult strategically, and manage executive relationships. 
  • Analytical skills: Able to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Tools: Experience with CRM and success platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). 
  • Mindset: Ownership, speed, clarity, and a builder mentality — someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment.
