Position Overview

We're seeking a proactive, organized, and friendly Customer Success & Marketing Specialist to serve as the communications hub of our growing company. This administrative assistant and sales support role combines comprehensive office management with client-focused sales activities. You'll be the first voice our clients hear and a key part of delivering a 5-star experience from first contact to final follow-up.

This dynamic position blends administrative support, sales support, appointment scheduling, and marketing execution — perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys juggling a variety of tasks in a collaborative small team environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Client Relations

  • Answer inbound calls with a warm, professional tone and serve as first point of contact
  • Qualify leads and convert them into scheduled appointments with both homeowners present
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
  • Manage and confirm calendars for sales team and company leadership
  • Send appointment reminders, follow-ups, and coordinate with sales team for smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire client journey

Administrative Assistant Duties

  • Support company leadership with administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Manage company communications, including emails and correspondence
  • Help maintain CRM updates, emails, and internal task follow-up
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems, databases, and recurring checklists
  • Assist with document preparation, processing, and general office management
  • Support executive calendar management and scheduling

Marketing & Business Development

  • Manage and update social media presence across platforms
  • Assist with online reviews, referral programs, and seasonal marketing campaigns
  • Ensure Google Business Profile and website content stays current
  • Track and execute marketing initiatives (email campaigns, job site signs, door hangers, etc.)
  • Coordinate job site marketing efforts and occasionally visit sites
  • Help develop and implement marketing strategies and prepare performance reports

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant and in sales support roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and text
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and CRM systems
  • Strong social media management abilities
  • Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed approach
  • Outstanding multitasking capabilities and ability to learn quickly
  • Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving skills
  • Embraces structure, systems, and process improvement

  • Experience in home services or construction industry
  • Background in marketing or social media management
  • Demonstrated success in administrative assistant and sales support positions

Position Details

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5pm
  • Location: In-person, Torrance area office
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus performance bonuses and growth contribution incentives
