Customer Success & Sales Representative (Retail/Hospitality Experience Wanted)

Tired of the retail grind and unpredictable restaurant hours? We are hiring entry-level Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our NYC team. Located steps from major subway lines and Penn Station, our office is easily accessible from all five boroughs.

If you have a background in customer service or hospitality, your ability to talk to anyone means you will thrive here and we will train you on the rest. In this face-to-face role, you will be the local point of contact for major telecommunications clients like T-Mobile Business and Spectrum, as well as premier 501c3 non-profits (Care, Americares, ASDF, Easterseals).

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in person at high-footfall locations across the city.
• Answer questions regarding client tech products and services, or outreach programs.
• Close deals and seamlessly guide customers through the sign-up process or new donor process.
