Onboard new customers into Cercli platform and manage implementations end-to-end (project management).Configure Cercli settings and parameters for each customer.Thoroughly support customers with their data migration (advanced Excel / Google Sheet data handling).Train new and existing customers on Cercli best practices and latest features.Manage existing customer relationships by regularly checking in and anticipating needs.Support with product marketing campaigns, communications and customer engagement (Pylon).Organize customer events and package deliveries. Manage logistics accordingly.Support customers with daily requests (Pylon).Create and update how-to guide knowledge base articles (Pylon / Notion).Strong English communications skills required. Arabic speaker a strong plus.
