dedicated and proactive Customer Success Specialist
to join our team and become one of the core contributors to our early-stage growth.
This role will be crucial in growing our customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts.
You will drive our company's success and growth with working with Co-Founders.
Responsibilities

Account Management: Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new account opportunities to support sales growth.

Meeting Participation: Attend potential sales&partnership meetings, and follow up on action items.

Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the co-founders to provide strategic support and insights.

Market Analysis: Understand market trends and leverage this knowledge to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to implement effective customer success strategies.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer success, account management, sales or customer support role.

0-2 years of professional experience. (start-up experience is a plus.)

Strong understanding of customer service practices and sales principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
