About the Role:

We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who can handle customer inquiries professionally across phone, email, and written digital channels. The position also includes supporting phone-based sales by converting customer inquiries into clear sales opportunities when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms
  • Communicate with potential customers by phone to explain services and encourage conversions
  • Convert customer inquiries into qualified sales opportunities
  • Log all interactions and calls in the CRM system
  • Follow up on customer requests and complaints to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on services, prices, and company policies
  • Escalate cases to relevant teams and follow through on resolutions
  • Prepare regular reports on inquiries, call volume, and conversion rates
  • Comply with service quality standards and response time SLAs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (phone or written channels)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong phone handling skills and the ability to persuade
  • Proficiency in computer use, CRM systems, and communication tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Quick learner with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor that reflects the company’s standards
