We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to support our IT staffing and recruiting team. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and driving sales by delivering top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads via calls, emails, and social media
• Build and manage client relationships
• Understand IT staffing needs and present suitable candidates
• Manage sales pipeline and meet targets
• Collaborate with recruiters for talent delivery

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of B2B inside sales experience (IT staffing preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of IT industry and technologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD350.000 - BD400.000 per month
