Customer Success Specialist (French / English)

As a Customer Support and Success Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in empowering our customers, resolving their challenges quickly, and building long-term relationships that drive growth. You'll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to make sure every customer interaction is smooth, impactful, and aligned with their goals.


What You’ll Do


  • Be the first point of contact for customers via chat, email, and Zoom calls.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate with Engineering for resolutions.
  • Guide onboarding, training, and feature adoption to drive outcomes.
  • Build proactive reports / check-ins to reduce churn and expand usage.
  • Capture customer feedback and partner with Product on improvements.
  • Maintain and grow our knowledge base (FAQs, how-tos, macros).
  • Track accounts at risk and create action plans to recover health.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 2+ years in SaaS customer support/success or related client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with support/CS tooling (e.g., Intercom/Zendesk/HubSpot).
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into friendly guidance.
  • Ownership mindset and proactive action taking in a fast-paced startup.

  • Bonus points for:
  • Experience with sales-tech, fintech or SaaS.
  • Exposure to CS analytics (health scores, NRR/GRR, retention levers).
  • Additional languages (French) not a must but good to have.
