Customer Success/Sales Trainee

About the Role

Trillium Information Security Systems is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Trainee to support our Customer Success and Sales teams. The trainee will play a key role in customer outreach, follow-ups, renewal coordination, and promoting new cybersecurity products and services to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers regarding upcoming product or service renewals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers via phone, email, and visits as per need basis
  • Assist in increasing customer outreach and engagement activities.
  • Introduce and pitch new cybersecurity products and services to customers.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success and Sales teams for account updates and opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales representatives.
  • Support lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and follow-up summaries.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure timely communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers over calls and emails.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Interest in cybersecurity and technology solutions is preferred.

Pay: Rs24,999.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
