About the Role
Trillium Information Security Systems is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Trainee to support our Customer Success and Sales teams. The trainee will play a key role in customer outreach, follow-ups, renewal coordination, and promoting new cybersecurity products and services to existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers regarding upcoming product or service renewals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers via phone, email, and visits as per need basis
- Assist in increasing customer outreach and engagement activities.
- Introduce and pitch new cybersecurity products and services to customers.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success and Sales teams for account updates and opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales representatives.
- Support lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Prepare basic sales reports and follow-up summaries.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure timely communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over calls and emails.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Interest in cybersecurity and technology solutions is preferred.

Pay: Rs24,999.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
