Customer Support Assistant – Uma Ornaments

Role: Handle customer queries, process orders, provide product info, and ensure excellent service. Coordinate with production & logistics for timely deliveries.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer support (jewellery industry preferred)
• Strong English communication (written & verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office & customer management systems
• Problem-solving & customer-focused mindset

Preferred: Knowledge of jewellery products and manufacturing processes.
