Position: Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in shifts, if required.
