Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Johar town, Lahore
Job Timings: 9am-6pm

Job Summary:
Seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Support Representative to assist customers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, campaigns, and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure smooth communication.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and escalations while maintaining strong relationships.
• Maintain client records, communication logs, and project-related documentation.
• Stay updated on product features and policies

Qualifications:

• Candidates with an Intermediate or Bachelor's qualification are encouraged to apply.
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems
