Position: Customer Support Agent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage and track orders, ensuring timely communication with customers.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly tone in all customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Previous experience in customer service (preferably 1-2 years, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of skincare products (a plus but not mandatory).
