Position: Customer Support Agent
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage and track orders, ensuring timely communication with customers.
- Maintain a positive and friendly tone in all customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Previous experience in customer service (preferably 1-2 years, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of skincare products (a plus but not mandatory).
