About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer focused Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers through email, chat, and phone support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Customer support agents typically handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, maintain customer records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support tickets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
