Customer Support Agent – Full-Time (On-Site)
Location: Gulberg
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 85,000/month
Shift: 9 hours/day
Days: 6 days a week (1 day off)
Bonus: PKR 5,000 monthly for perfect attendance
We're hiring a Customer Support Agent to join our growing team! If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, has a knack for clear communication, and is tech-savvy, this role is for you.
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
- Assist customers with questions and issues related to bookings or services
- Accurately log and update customer concerns using internal apps/tools
- Ensure all details are properly lodged and tracked
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or support preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using web and mobile apps for task tracking and updates
- A positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
