Customer Support Agent (WhatsApp, Email & Call Center)

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience handling customer interactions across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries via WhatsApp support
  • Handle email correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide assistance through call center operations
  • Maintain and update data using MS Excel
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or call center roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
