Why This Role Is Different

This is not a cold-calling sales job.

Most of your conversations will be with people who already signed up with URComped, already have casino offers, or are already interested in casino and cruise travel.

You will help members understand how URComped works, answer their questions, guide them through the process, and help them book amazing trips.

If you are friendly, competitive, coachable, and comfortable talking to people, this can be a great path into a higher-earning Executive Host role.

What You’ll Do

Your main responsibility will be answering inbound calls and helping URComped members with their travel requests.

You will also:

• Welcome new URComped members and help them get started
• Explain how players qualify for comped casino and cruise offers
• Answer questions about cruise lines, casino offers, fees, travel details, and the URComped process
• Help members upload offers and provide the information needed to match them with trips
• Follow up with members by phone, email, and text
• Promote special events, hosted cruises, and limited-time offers
• Work with cruise and casino partners to help finalize reservations
• Keep accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our internal Trio CRM system
• Help create an excellent customer experience that makes members want to book again

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Great on the phone and enjoys talking to people

• Organized and able to follow a process
• Comfortable using technology, CRM software, email, Slack, Google Docs, and internal tools
• A strong communicator in both phone conversations and written follow-ups
• Competitive, motivated, and excited by income growth
• Able to handle multiple conversations and tasks without losing attention to detail
• Interested in travel, cruises, hospitality, casinos, or sales

Prior experience in sales, customer service, call centers, hospitality, travel, or account management is helpful, but the right attitude and communication skills matter most.

Compensation & Growth

First-year compensation opportunity starts at $55,000+ for employees who meet training, certification, and performance milestones.

Compensation includes:

Successful employees can grow into an Executive Host position, where historical second-year compensation for successful hosts has averaged approximately $75,000–$80,000+, with additional upside as hosts continue to grow their book of players.

First-Year Certification Program

During your first year, you will have the opportunity to earn certification bonuses by passing structured training checkpoints.

• Internal Trio CRM, customer process, and cruise booking workflows

Schedule

This role requires the following schedule:

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday: Off

Applicants must be able to work this schedule. Some nights or weekends may occasionally be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of successful sales, customer service, call center, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• Must be comfortable spending a large part of the day on the phone
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to work in our Dallas, TX 75287 office as part of a hybrid schedule
• Must be able to relocate to Dallas, TX before starting if not already local
