Job Description
Flagman Telecom is looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Support and Tech Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will communicate directly with clients to resolve technical issues and service inquiries, manage billing accounts, and ensure that all tasks are efficiently tracked and resolved through internal task management platforms. This role also includes participating in internal improvement initiatives and supporting other assigned tasks from management related to customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email or internal ticketing systems, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions
- Assist clients with technical issues related to products or services by troubleshooting and providing step-by-step guidance based on internal procedures
- Manage and update billing accounts with accuracy and professionalism
- Use task management tools to track client inquiries, manage tasks, and report on progress
- Establish and maintain cooperative, professional relationships with clients
- Handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards
- Complete internal tasks or assignments from management, especially those aimed at improving systems or operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Armenian is a MUST
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience working with task management tools
- Effective and professional communication with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and information sharing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently without constant supervision
- Technical background is a plus U.S. High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Valid work permit required

Pay: $23.00 per hour
