We are seeking a
Customer Support Specialist (Arabic-speaking)
to join our remote team and provide high-quality support to our Arabic-speaking customers. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, communicating clearly, and delivering positive customer experiences in a fast-paced digital environment.
In this position, you will act as a key point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
1) Customer Communication

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in Arabic (and English if required)

2) Issue Resolution

Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving common issues
