We're Hiring: Customer Support Assistant (Evening Shift)

At E Design Services, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting our communication and content initiatives.

Position Details

  • Position: Customer Support Assistant
  • Shift: Evening Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
  • Schedule: 6 Days per Week
  • Location: 290-LDA Avenue 1, Lahore
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via chat, email, and other communication channels
  • Write, edit, and maintain internal and external communication materials
  • Assist in developing FAQs, product/service descriptions, and customer support scripts
  • Collaborate with team members to improve messaging, tone, and customer engagement
  • Proofread and refine templates, documents, and support content to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Previous experience in customer support, content writing, or a related field will be considered an advantage
