At E Design Services, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting our communication and content initiatives.
Position Details
- Position: Customer Support Assistant
- Shift: Evening Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Schedule: 6 Days per Week
- Location: 290-LDA Avenue 1, Lahore
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via chat, email, and other communication channels
- Write, edit, and maintain internal and external communication materials
- Assist in developing FAQs, product/service descriptions, and customer support scripts
- Collaborate with team members to improve messaging, tone, and customer engagement
- Proofread and refine templates, documents, and support content to ensure accuracy and consistency
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in customer support, content writing, or a related field will be considered an advantage
