Sunshine Concepts- Palm Desert is hiring Customer Support Associates to represent one of the most trusted names in the telecommunications industry. This entry-level opportunity provides hands-on experience in customer care, problem-solving, sales, marketing, and brand advocacy, all while helping customers maximize the benefits of their LifeLine services.
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the vital link connecting customers with our industry-leading wireless, internet, and TV solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency to help drive sales revenue for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive customer experience. Our comprehensive training program will develop you into an expert Customer Support Associate, fully equipped to troubleshoot technical issues, answer complex service questions, and guide customers to optimal solutions - all while delivering the exceptional, empathetic service that defines the LifeLine experience.
Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to new and existing LifeLine customers in the community through direct engagement (lead-based, residential interactions).
- Address inquiries related to billing, account management, service features, and fundamental technical issues with clarity and professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns by offering practical solutions, from troubleshooting to guiding service upgrades and account adjustments to close sales.
- Educate customers on how to maximize their LifeLine services, clearly explaining features, benefits, and usage tips.
- Assist with account-related tasks, such as plan changes, service additions, and upgrades, to ensure smooth and accurate processing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems to support compliance and service continuity.
- Stay informed on LifeLine's latest offerings and support policies through regular training and self-guided learning.
- Represent Sunshine Concepts- Palm Desert and LifeLine with integrity and a customer-first mindset, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We Are Looking For in a Customer Support Associate:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED; college coursework or a degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Up to two years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or similar client-facing roles; entry-level candidates with strong people skills are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to convey information patiently and empathetically.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess customer concerns and deliver effective telecommunication solutions.
- Genuine passion for customer service and relationship-building through direct engagement.
- Highly organized with accurate data entry skills for maintaining detailed CRM records.
- Professional and composed under pressure, able to navigate dynamic customer interactions with confidence.
- Basic computer proficiency and readiness to learn LifeLine systems and customer management tools quickly.
