• Minimum Education: 10,12th)
• Age: 18–23 years
• Communication: Basic Hindi/Punjabi speaking,English
• Mobile usage & WhatsApp handling ka basic knowledge
• Freshers allowed; training provided by company

Key Responsibilities

• Daily customer queries receive karna (phone, WhatsApp).
• Company products/services ki basic information dena.
• Customer complaints & issues forward/resolve karna.
• Follow-up calls, reminders, confirmations maintain karna.
• Documentation support:
• Name, number, address verify karna
• Forms & KYC collect karna.

• Basic mobile/computer knowledge
• Discipline & learning attitude
