Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive who will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience with our products and brand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a genuine interest in promoting health through natural products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about Jivika’s products, their benefits, and usage to help them make informed choices.
- Handle order processing, and shipping updates, and manage returns or exchanges, following up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to relay customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Jivika’s product line, staying updated on new products and industry trends.
- Document and update customer records with relevant information, interactions, and resolutions.
Requirements:
- relevant work experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple inquiries, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools.
