Job Summary:

We are hiring a Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support client communication and lead generation for our RCC infrastructure projects. The role involves handling calls, coordinating with clients, and assisting the sales team from our office at Chuna Bhatti Square, Kolar Road, Bhopal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Schedule meetings and site visits
• Maintain client records and call logs
• Coordinate with sales/operations teams

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in construction/infrastructure is an advantage
