Job Description

This position is full-time: 40 hours per week, with some work location flexibility (primarily remote, currently one office day per month). You will be an important member of our team and contributor to our ongoing success, as you help us provide front line product support and client service via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and AI agent). Support responsibilities will also include setting up new client accounts, providing trainings, and performing client account reviews. Other duties such as office operations or content reviews may be added according to capacity.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and concepts
• Capacity to focus on complex tasks and see them through to completion
• Attention to detail
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude, willing to help wherever needed
• Self-motivated with desire to excel

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in client relations, account management, and/or customer retention
• Prior use of, and aptitude for optimizing support AI agents (especially Intercom/Fin)
• Location in Salt Lake City metro (Wasatch Front) is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
