Customer Support Associate (Fully Remote)

Wellnite is a fast-growing mental health and healthcare technology company helping thousands of patients connect with therapists and psychiatrists across the United States.

We are looking for a creative, empathetic, and resourceful Customer Support Associate who enjoys solving problems and helping people.

What You'll Do

  • Answer patient and provider questions via phone, email, SMS, and chat
  • Investigate issues and find solutions independently
  • Help patients schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments
  • Work closely with operations, billing, and provider teams
  • Improve processes and suggest better ways to serve customers
  • Escalate urgent issues when needed

  • Empathetic and patient when dealing with customers
  • Creative thinker who can think outside the box
  • Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours

Bonus Points

  • Healthcare experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience using CRM, Google Workspace, or AI tools

Work Schedule

  • 8 hours per day
  • 5 days per week
  • Must work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
  • Two days off per week
  • Must be available during U.S. business hours
  • Full-time remote position
  • Reliable high-speed internet and quiet work environment required

Salary

  • Base Salary: $500 USD per month
  • Performance Bonus

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs167,000.00 per month
