We are looking for a creative, empathetic, and resourceful Customer Support Associate who enjoys solving problems and helping people.
What You'll Do
- Answer patient and provider questions via phone, email, SMS, and chat
- Investigate issues and find solutions independently
- Help patients schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments
- Work closely with operations, billing, and provider teams
- Improve processes and suggest better ways to serve customers
- Escalate urgent issues when needed

Work Schedule
- 8 hours per day
- 5 days per week
- Must work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
- Two days off per week
- Must be available during U.S. business hours
- Full-time remote position

Salary
- Base Salary: $500 USD per month
- Performance Bonus
Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs167,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
