Salary : $73,050-$116,875/Annually - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)
Responsible To : Digital Services Manager
Summary : The Customer Support Center (CSC) Supervisor oversees CSC staff and ensures end users receive high‑quality, timely support. This role manages incident intake, prioritization, and resolution while monitoring and coordinating daily CSC operations. The Supervisor develops and maintains support policies and procedures, plans staffing and capacity needs, evaluates performance, and drives continuous improvement. When needed, this position also assists with escalated issues through in‑person, hands‑on support. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations
