Customer Support Center (CSC) Supervisor

Salary : $73,050-$116,875/Annually - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Responsible To : Digital Services Manager

Summary : The Customer Support Center (CSC) Supervisor oversees CSC staff and ensures end users receive high‑quality, timely support. This role manages incident intake, prioritization, and resolution while monitoring and coordinating daily CSC operations. The Supervisor develops and maintains support policies and procedures, plans staffing and capacity needs, evaluates performance, and drives continuous improvement. When needed, this position also assists with escalated issues through in‑person, hands‑on support. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations

  • Bachelor’sdegree in a technology related field or combination of education/experience may be considered.
  • Industry Standard Certification in either Comptia A+, ITIL Foundation, or HDI Support Center Manager/Leader
  • Five (5) years of experience in any combination of the following:
  • Working in a team-oriented environment within a call center.
  • Direct support of internal and external customers via technology. (i.e., phones, e-mail, chat, remote, etc.)
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems.
  • ITSM platform experience
  • Supporting, installing, and maintaining endpoints. (personal computers, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets)
  • Application and system support (i.e., Active Directory, call/incident management, Microsoft Office products, etc.)

  • Three (3) years supervisory experience in an Information Technology environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
