Fiber Beam Pvt Ltd seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Support Representative to join our team based in DHA phase 7, Karachi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. This position involves resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and effective assistance to customers to resolve their issues.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and maintain detailed records for future reference.
- Stay updated on product features, company policies, and service updates to provide informed support to customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred to ensure familiarity with customer interaction dynamics.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to solve problems efficiently and clearly.
- Experience or familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer data and interactions effectively.
- Demonstrated empathy and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
