Customer Support Coordinator

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 5–6 working days per week
  • Rotating shifts may apply (including weekends/holidays as needed)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Track, document, and manage support tickets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Meet response time and service quality targets
