Customer Support Coordinator(English & Chinese)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Client & Order Coordinator to serve as the key point of contact between our U.S. clients and China suppliers. This role is primarily client-facing, responsible for understanding customer requirements, confirming all order details, and ensuring accurate execution through supplier coordination.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing communication in both English and Chinese on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchasing activities, including RFQs, order placement, and delivery tracking
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, specifications, and timelines
  • Serve as a liaison between suppliers and U.S. clients to ensure clear and accurate communication
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or issues
  • Maintain and update purchasing records, contracts, and documentation
  • Assist in cost analysis and vendor comparison
  • Support general administrative tasks related to procurement and operations

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related administrative role
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the stone, marble, or construction materials industry
  • Familiarity with international trade or supplier coordination
  • Experience working with overseas clients (especially U.S.-based customers)
  • Knowledge of basic logistics or shipping processes
