Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls.
- Speak with clients/customers to understand issues.
- Verify customer eligibility according to campaign criteria.
- Collect and record accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Explain the claims process clearly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments or transfers to legal advisors, surveyors, or case handlers when required.
- Follow compliance guidelines and data protection regulations.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and empathy when dealing with vulnerable clients/customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Update case notes and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding claim status when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and questioning abilities.
- Only Freshers can apply with good communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
- Good data entry and computer skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls handled per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Conversion rate (leads).
- Customer satisfaction scores.
- Data accuracy and compliance adherence.
- Attendance and productivity metrics.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon - Thurs)
- Friday: Half day (2:30PM to 9:30PM)
- Saturday: Half day (2:00PM to 8:00PM)
- Sunday: Off (fixed weekly off)
Note: Manadatory to be in the office before 10 mints of shift time.
