Customer Support (CSR)

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle calls.
  • Speak with clients/customers to understand issues.
  • Verify customer eligibility according to campaign criteria.
  • Collect and record accurate customer information in the CRM system.
  • Explain the claims process clearly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments or transfers to legal advisors, surveyors, or case handlers when required.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and data protection regulations.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and empathy when dealing with vulnerable clients/customers.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Update case notes and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers regarding claim status when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and questioning abilities.
  • Only Freshers can apply with good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
  • Good data entry and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of calls handled per day.
  • Qualified leads generated.
  • Conversion rate (leads).
  • Customer satisfaction scores.
  • Data accuracy and compliance adherence.
  • Attendance and productivity metrics.

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon - Thurs)
  • Friday: Half day (2:30PM to 9:30PM)
  • Saturday: Half day (2:00PM to 8:00PM)
  • Sunday: Off (fixed weekly off)

Note: Manadatory to be in the office before 10 mints of shift time.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
