Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for a “Customer Support Representative for international campaign”. The ideal candidate must be capable of maintaining a good relationship with customers. The target is to ensure excellent service grades, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
- Communicate with international clients via emails/chats and calls
- Resolve queries and answer customers’ questions and guide them about orders, return process , shipments to your best ability
- Keep yourself updates with product knowledge
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Can Manage night or overnight shift
- Strong E-commerce support customer background.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Intermediate / Graduate / O/A Levels.
Skills:
- Strong command of verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Must be Fluent in English
- Email writing skills.
- Experienced in Customer Service
Timing : overnight shift
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal
Salary: 40k - 55k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
