Customer Support / E-Commerce Agent

We are seeking a friendly and professional E-Commerce Representative for our E-Commerce division. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll ensure a seamless and positive experience by offering prompt, courteous, and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages regarding product information, orders, billing, and returns.
• Guide customers through the ordering process, ensuring they understand available products, services, and promotions.
• Collect and verify customer information for each order, ensuring details are accurate to facilitate seamless processing.
• Receive orders, schedule and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners, and update customers on delivery timelines.
• Utilize internal resources and systems to research solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Track open issues, update customers on order status, and follow up to ensure problem resolution and satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, especially in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally.
• Comfortable with using CRM software, e-commerce platforms, and other digital tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented to handle a high volume of customer inquiries accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning and afternoon), weekends, and holidays, as needed.
