Spearhead is looking for an experienced support engineer for customer support .

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook configuration.

Handling Technical Support for all our mailing solutions such as Google Work Space , Microsoft 365 , Web-Email Hosting

(cPanel & Plesk Control Panels ),Domain Name Registrations, Cloud & VPS Hosting etc.

You will be responsible for replying to customer over the emails and phone and provide instant support .

Spearhead product line up as follows:

In-house developed Mail server Spear Mail , GS Plus .

Branded Solution like Google Work Space ,, Microsoft365/ Azure, ZOHO Mail

Web-Email Hosting : (cPanel & Plesk Control Panels ),

Domain Name Registrations,

Cloud & VPS Hosting etc,

SSL certificate

Anti Spam Solution .

Troubleshooting : Connectivity issues among Client PC to Server ,Hosting management- disk space, server usage management, Reseller/Shared Hosting Management .

Email ID configuration at client PC , Backups .

Qualifications and Skills :

* Ability to handle Support Requests from Clients on Phone and Email.

* Must have experience working in the web hosting industry.

* Hardware & Networking Knowledge.

* Experience with cPanel

* Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems.

* Great communication skills
