Customer Support Engineer - Bangalore

• Provide online technical support to minimum 30% of complaints reported in AG care and in Toll free (5.30 pm to 8 pm) in 15 to 30 min from the time of registration.
• Ensure 30% online complaint closure for the handled complaints by Mar 23.
• Customer feedback is mandatory for all the closed cases and Satisfaction Index should be >80% (80% customers should rate above 8)
• Self-Learning and Knowledge sharing for assigned products. Minimum 4 trainings till March 31, 2022
