Job Description

Administrative Support: Answer emails and phone calls from clients.

Scheduling: Manage the Client’s calendar (including scheduling meetings / appointments).

Data Entry: Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records

Calling: Make cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet.

Project Management: Create presentations and write official, company-wide correspondence

Content Research and Writing: Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies.

Customer Support: Address customer queries and provide customer service as first point of contact

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in some roles

Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills

Familiarity with latest workplace technologies, including VoIP, online calendars and desktop sharing

Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing program

Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills

Ability to work with minimum supervision and confident.

Experience with online meeting software (like Zoom or WebEx) and online chat/instant messaging
