Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, and chat.
 - Provide accurate information about products, orders, returns, and deliveries.
 - Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with a positive attitude.
 - Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for order-related concerns.
 - Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
 - Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
 
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
 - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
 - Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
