Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (Voice Process) to support our Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations in Pondicherry. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving service-related queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to internet service support.
  • Work with customers/employees to identify connection/computer issues and advise on solutions.
  • Log and maintain accurate records of customer/employee queries and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting downtime or service disruptions.
  • Professional communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Follow escalation protocols when required to resolve complex issues.

Profile Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & regional language preferred).
  • Good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer calls with patience and professionalism.
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude.

Eligibility

  • Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).
  • Diploma holders and college dropouts are also eligible.
  • Pondicherry candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
