Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes.
Provide product or service information to customers clearly and accurately.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Comfortable working in a shift-based schedule.
