Customer Support Executive

Salary Range: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 70,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through professional communication and timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via call, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide accurate information.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or call center role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
