• Provide information regarding appointments, providers, and office details
• Escalate urgent matters to relevant staff
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks
• Maintain documentation in EMR/EHR systems
• Assist with payment and billing support

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000
