Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries for our clothing brand and office services. The role involves communicating with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email, answering their questions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and email
• Provide information about products, orders, delivery, and returns
• Handle order confirmations and customer follow-ups
• Assist customers with product selection and basic queries
• Maintain proper communication records
• Coordinate with the team regarding orders and customer issues

Requirements

• Good English and Urdu communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple chats and calls
• Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram / Facebook messages)
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Previous customer support experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify orders or eCommerce customer support
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
