Customer Support Executive

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a strong attention to detail.

Ideally, what you’ll do:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development activities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
