Key Responsibilities
- Monitor fleet dashboards, vehicle movements, trips, GPS locations, and driver safety alerts.
- Respond to operational alerts and communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams as required.
- Provide timely updates and support regarding fleet activities and incidents.
- Identify and report issues related to driver behavior, vehicle activity, device status, connectivity, and platform alerts.
- Verify video evidence and escalate incidents according to company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, customer interactions, shift handover notes, and daily reports.
- Monitor device health, GPS connectivity, SIM status, and camera functionality.
- Coordinate with technical support and operations teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, call center operations, fleet monitoring, GPS tracking, logistics support, telematics, or control room operations will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with monitoring dashboards and software platforms.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred.
