Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Dubai)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by encouraging users to register accounts and actively participate on the platform through chat and inbound/outbound calls.
- Promote platform features, offers, bonuses, and benefits to maximize user engagement.
- Assist users with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction-related queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (primary and secondary).
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and user activity.
- Use Excel for data tracking, sales reporting, and performance analysis.
- Deliver persuasive, professional, and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Prior telesales experience preferred (experience in gaming or fintech domains will be an added advantage).
- Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel (data entry and basic formulas).
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
