Role- Customer support Executive(ISO TANK)

Location- Mannady, Chennai

Experience- 1 to 2 Years

Description-As an ISO Tank Customer Support Executive, you will act as the key point of contact for customers involved in the transport of bulk liquids via ISO tanks. You will manage end-to-end customer service functions, including order processing, shipment tracking, documentation handling, and issue resolution, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, operations, and international agents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in the logistics or shipping industry (ISO tank experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, tank container operations, or chemical logistics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
