Customer Support Executive (CSE)

India

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer calls, emails, and chats politely and professionally.

· Update and maintain customer details in Excel or CRM.

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order or delivery issues.

· Assist customers with returns, replacements, and general queries.

· Collect feedback and share suggestions to improve service.

Requirements

· Good spoken and written English.

· Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas).

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Prior experience in customer support or back office work preferred.
