Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our. The role involves handling customer queries , managing order-related concerns, ensuring timely resolutions, and delivering a delightful customer experience across various platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media.
  • Resolve product/order issues and track order status efficiently.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, production) for resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and social media familiarity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
