Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Pune. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in logistics or customer support is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
